Your Role
We’re looking for a passionate and organised Retail Store Manager to lead one of our London boutiques. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales, lead your team with confidence, and ensure every customer leaves feeling inspired.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and manage daily store operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and styling support
• Recruit, train, and motivate your retail team
• Maintain visual standards and merchandising displays
• Handle customer queries with care and professionalism
• Drive performance to meet and exceed sales goals
• Implement retail loss prevention strategies
What You’ll Bring:
• Strong leadership and customer satisfaction experience
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Retail management and loss prevention experience
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Organised, reliable, and solution-focused
• Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours
• Previous boutique retail experience is a plus
