We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and style-savvy individual to join our Burnham Market store team. If you love retail, enjoy connecting with people, and have a great eye for detail, we’d love to meet you.

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be responsible for delivering a personal, welcoming experience to our customers from offering styling advice to ensuring the shop floor is beautifully presented. You’ll be confident working independently, while also supporting the team in maintaining the high standards our customers know and love.

This role is ideal for someone who is:
• Passionate about retail and customer experience
• Friendly, proactive, and reliable

Retail experience is preferred but not essential, the right attitude and a love for what we do are most important.
